Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("Member") and ppclub ("Platform", "We"). This document governs all aspects of your use of the ppclub platform, including the website, mobile application and all related services.

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, or using any services provided by ppclub, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms in this Agreement.

ppclub reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Notice of material changes will be sent to members via their registered email or displayed prominently on the platform.

Membership Eligibility

To register and use ppclub services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any legal prohibition from participating in online gambling activities.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use a false identity.
• Not have previously held a ppclub account that was terminated due to policy violations.

ppclub operates under international licensing and does not target individuals in areas where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is entirely the member's responsibility to ensure their participation complies with the regulations in their area of residence.

Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at ppclub. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all related accounts along with the freezing of any balances held within them.

During registration, members are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete, including:

• Full name as shown on official identity documents.
• An active mobile phone number registered in the member's own name.
• A valid email address that is checked regularly.
• Any other information required for identity verification purposes.

Members are fully responsible for keeping their account username and password confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact the ppclub support team immediately via live chat or our support email.

Deposits and Withdrawals

ppclub supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods for the convenience of members in Malaysia. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Supported methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100.
• Withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.

ppclub reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including member identity verification and source of funds. This is a standard protective measure intended to safeguard members from unauthorised activity. Failure to provide the requested documents may cause delays in withdrawal processing.

Any attempt to process payments through unlisted methods, or using a payment account belonging to a third party, is prohibited and may result in account closure and the holding of funds pending investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

ppclub offers various promotions to members from time to time. Each promotion is subject to specific terms stated alongside the offer. The following general terms apply to all ppclub bonuses and promotions:

Welcome Bonus: ppclub offers a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses are only eligible for one claim per member, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• ppclub reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the cancellation of the bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
• The ppclub VIP programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond, each offering different weekly cashback based on the member's betting activity.

Game Rules

ppclub offers various game types including online slots, live casino, sports betting, esports and other games. Each game category and individual game may have its own specific rules.

• The outcome of all games is final once the transaction is confirmed by the system.
• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved based on recorded system logs. ppclub's system records are considered the authoritative record in any dispute.
• Confirmed bets cannot be unilaterally cancelled by the member.
• ppclub reserves the right to cancel rounds or matches affected by technical faults and return the bet amount to the member's account.
• The use of any automated software, bots or other unauthorised methods to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.

ppclub uses a certified random number generator (RNG) for all digital games to ensure the fairness of every game outcome. For live casino games, all tables are operated by live dealers under close supervision.

Account Closure and Suspension

ppclub reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or close any member's account if:

• The member violates any term in this Agreement.
• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering or other unlawful activity.
• Information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• The member uses unauthorised software or strategies that conflict with platform policy.
• Required to do so by the relevant authorities.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting the ppclub support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus wagering requirements and pending transactions will be recalculated in accordance with the policy in force.

Limitation of Liability

ppclub provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuity, availability or accuracy of the platform at any time.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ppclub is not liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from service disruptions or technical failures beyond ppclub's control.
• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by members themselves.
• Unauthorised access to a member's account caused by the member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third-party content or data providers.

In all circumstances, ppclub's total liability to any member shall not exceed the balance in that member's account at the time the claim is made.

Personal Data Protection

ppclub takes member privacy seriously. The collection, use and storage of members' personal data is carried out in accordance with ppclub's Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Member account management and verification.
• Processing of financial transactions.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Service communications and customer support.
• Platform improvement and user experience enhancement.

Responsible Gambling

ppclub is committed to responsible gambling practices. We believe gambling should remain a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

ppclub provides self-control tools to help members manage their gambling activity, including deposit limit, betting limit and temporary or permanent self-exclusion options. Members who need assistance may contact our support team 24/7.

ppclub strictly prohibits the sale or transfer of accounts to any other party. Accounts found to be used by an individual other than the registered owner will be terminated immediately.

Changes to Terms

ppclub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the ppclub platform after the effective date of any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect.

Applicable Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ppclub is licensed to operate. ppclub operates under a valid international licence and complies with the relevant licensing regulatory requirements.

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the member and ppclub. If negotiation fails to reach a resolution within a reasonable period, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable licensing rules.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

This Terms and Conditions document constitutes the entire agreement between you and ppclub regarding the use of the platform and supersedes all prior agreements, negotiations or representations, whether oral or written.
